Prep Time: 2 minutes. Cook Time: 18 minutes. Total Cook Time: 20 minutes.
You'll need:
1 lbs Pacific Wild Caught Cod
1 bunch Asparagus
1 bunch Rainbow Carrots
1 tablespoon Crunchy Chili Garlic Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Soyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon Maldon Salt
Micro Arugula, for garnish
Red Pepper, chopped (optional)
Oregano, to garnish veggies (optional)
How to make:
Preheat over to 350 F. Marinate Cod with 1/4 cup Soyaki and refrigerate and reserve. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and toss asparagus and carrots with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and chili crisp, bake for 8 minutes and move around. Add marinated cod to center of baking sheet and cook for about 8-10 more minutes. Remove from baking sheet. Garnish with micro arugula and chopped red pepper, enjoy! I love finishing it off with a little more Soyaki, literally 20/10, I one thousand percent recommend. :P
