this is THE dressing.
PREP TIME: 2 min
For this recipe you'll need:
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 lemon, juiced
2-4 anchovy filets, minced (or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste)
1 garlic clove, minced
Pinch of flaky salt (about 1 teaspoon)
Tons of pepper
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
*You can sub anchovy for Worcestershire sauce. (about 2 teaspoons)
I like to use a ball/mason jar, mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
