You’ll need:
2 cups mini sweet peppers, sliced in half, seeded and deveined
1 (16 oz) pack of goat cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon flaky salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
Olive Oil
How to make these babies:
Pre-heat your oven at 375 F. In medium mixing bowl add in your goat cheese, parmesan cheese, pinch of salt and pepper, green onions, olive oil and garlic powder. With a fork smash until fully combined. Now stuff your previously sliced and seeded peppers with cheese mix and place on baking dish/sheet and take to the oven for 20 minutes, once that time has passed switch to BROIL and broil for 5 minutes. There you have is a quick easy and healthy snack or starter for every occasion.
