Healthy Banana Bread with No Flour - Packed with Protein

PRO TIP: if you want your bread to be even fluffier, soak your chia seeds and flax seeds in water 1 hour before using in this recipe!


You’ll need:


2 very RIPE bananas

2 cups almond flour

1 1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

2 scoops of protein (of choice)

4 whole eggs

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

2 tablespoons Monkfruit sweetener (IF USING OTHER SWEETNER disregard amount mentioned here)


Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl smash bananas until a paste is formed, now add in eggs and beat at low speed. Add in your almond flour, protein powder and liquids. Once fully incorporated add in cinnamon, nutmeg, monkfruit and seeds give it a good little mixy mix and reserve.


In a 9x9 baking dish, line with parchment paper or grease pan and pour in mixture. Top with coconut flakes and chopped nut of choice. Bake for 35 minutes.


To serve… Add some greek yogurt for creaminess and your favorite fruit to garnish!
