Nut-Free Arugula and Basil Pesto

This is one of my staple recipes. When ever I have people over and I'm in the mood for Pasta, this is my favorite pesto recipe. It's easy, delicious, and if you're like me, you'll most likely have these ingredients in your pantry/fridge.


For this recipe you'll need...

1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan

2 cups arugula

2 cups fresh basil

1 cup olive oil

1 large garlic clove, peeled

Salt

Pepper


Add all of these ingredients in a blender, and you're ready to go!
