1 bunch fresh dill, minced
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
2 cups greek yogurt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt to taste
In a medium size mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together until fully combined. Season to taste and use on everything! I am OBSESSED with this yummy greek dip!
