yummy low-carb breakfast tacos

Prep time: 1 minute Cook time: 10 minutes Total cook time: 11 minutes

You’ll need:


2 almond flour tortillas (I use Siete Foods)

2 poached eggs

2 cups arugula

1 whole avocado, cubed and seasoned

Fly by Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp Oil


This is a super easy low carb breakfast, a 10/10 if I might say.


Heat your tortillas directly over the your gas burner if you’re looking for extra flavor in the charr. Now add your arugula, avocado, poached egg and season with salt + pepper. I love adding my chili crisp oil and enjoys!
